Thermoseal Top-Chem 2003 is a PTFE high performance gasket material that can be used as a gasket or seal in most Chemical or Petrochemical applications. Top-Chem 2003 is a FDA compliant gasket material and offers superior mechanical properties at elevated temperatures and pressure. This material is extremely compressible and performs well as a gasket for low bolt load applications.
Thermoseal Top-Chem 2003 is supplied 1/16" and 1/8" thick in sheets 60" x 60" square. If you prefer to receive finished gaskets, please allow Atlantic gasket to die-cut or waterjet cut parts to your exact requirements. For larger runs, die-cutting would be the most efficient cutting process, but for shorter runs or for when parts are needed yesterday, waterjet parts would be the best option.
