  • Laminating and Slitting — From thin films to dense rubber elastomers and fibers, we offer a wide range of substrates and adhesives to produce both single- and double-sided laminations. In addition, we can slit materials to specified widths.
  • Die Cutting and Fabrication — Our employees are cross-trained on a variety of equipment to die cut, kiss cut, print, form, and stamp parts ready for assembly.
  • Waterjet Cutting — a valuable tool for prototyping or for short to mid-size productions runs of high-tolerance gaskets of virtually any material up to 3" thick. We can utilize our CAD capabilities or import your files for same turnaround if required, as no tooling is required.
  • On-hand Inventory — To speed up production from prototyping to full-scale manufacturing, we maintain a large inventory of materials within our facility at all times so that we can produce the custom parts that meet customers' needs in the most efficient way. With our in-house waterject cutting capabilities, we can ship same day if needed.
  • Quality Control and Packaging — To ensure that all parts conform to customer and industry specifications, we perform a stringent incoming material inspection as well as in-process inspections throughout production. Packaging and labeling can be customized to meet your exact requirements.
