Typical Properties of Style C43NBR Closed Cell Nitrile Sponge

Description: Style C43NBR closed cell Nitrile sponge is suitable for indoor and outdoor gasketing applications that require a service temperature of -40°F to 250°F. Closed cell Nitrile sponge offers excellent oil resistance and also has excellent UV resistance. C43NBR closed cell Nitrile sponge passes the flammability specification of FMVSS-302. C43NBR closed cell Nitrile sponge meets the physical property requirements of ASTM D 1056-67 SBE43.

Style C43NBR closed cell Nitrile is a firm density material, which is also available in a soft density (C41NBR) and a medium density (C42NBR). Style C43NBR can be supplied in rolls ranging from, as narrow at 1/4" wide, up to 42". Atlantic Gasket has the ability to supply C43NBR with or without adhesive. Style C42NBR Nitrile closed cell sponge can be fabricated by die-cutting or waterjet cutting to meet your exact requirements.
