Thermoseal C-4433 is our top general purpose high performance compressed gasket material. This material offers excellent load bearing, creep relaxation and chemical resistance. C-4433 is manufactured from Fiberglass, Aramid and Inorganic Fibers with a Nitrile binder system and is an excellent gasket material for sealing liquids in high temperature applications seeing temperatures up to 775°F (412°C) and for sealing steam and gases at temperatures up to 500°F and (260°C). This material is typically used as a gasket or seal for compressors, pipe flanges, manways, pumps and valves.
Thermoseal C-4433 is available in sheets 60" x 60" square in the following thicknesses: 1/32", 3/64", 1/16", 3/32" and 1/8". If required, Atlantic Gasket will gladly die-cut or waterjet cut parts to your exact requirements and can ship finished parts the same day if needed.
