3M 1000 Series Repositionable Acrylic Family

The 1000 Series Repositionable Acrylic family from 3M provides a variety of temperature ranges depending on the individual product. This family gives a good grip to a wide range of different surfaces, and the removal process is clean.

The 1000 Series Repositionable Acrylic family can be provided in rolls up to ¾”, 46”, and 48” wide depending on the item and slit down to widths of your specific needs like the 700 Series Synthetic Rubber, 800 Series Natural Rubber, 900/900R Miscellaneous Rubber Adhesive Group, and 2000MP Optically Clear Acrylic families. It can also be laminated to our materials and then die cut, kiss cut, and water jet cut into parts or strips of your necessity. These products include closed cell sponge, open cell sponge, mechanical rubber (such as neoprene, EPDM, Nitrile/Buna-N), corks, cork rubbers, and many plastic materials.

3M 9415PC (2 Mil Repositionable Adhesive) The 1000 Series Repositionable Acrylic 9415PC is a 2 mil repositionable adhesive that is a differential adhesive with a polyester film carrier which combines properties from the 3M 400 Acrylic Adhesive and 1000 Series Repositionable Acrylic families. 3M 9415PC comes in rolls up to 48” wide with a temperature range of -20° to 150°.
3M 9416 (1 Mil Repositionable Adhesive) The 1000 Series Repositionable Acrylic 9416 is a 1 mil repositionable adhesive that is a differential adhesive with a tissue carrier which combines properties from the 3M 400 Acrylic Adhesive and 1000 Series Repositionable Acrylic families. 3M 9416 comes in rolls up to 48” wide with a temperature range of -20° to 150°.
3M 928 ATG (1 Mil Repositionable Adhesive) The 1000 Series Repositionable Acrylic is a 1 mil repositionable adhesive is the reverse wound ATG variety of 3M 9416 on a 1” core which combines properties from the 3M 400 Acrylic Adhesive and 1000 Series Repositionable Acrylic families. 3M 928ATG is used with the ATG700 Applicator and comes in a width to ¾” with a temperature range of -20° to 150°.
3M 9425 (5.5 Mil Repositionable Adhesive) The 1000 Series Repositionable Acrylic is a 5.5 mil repositionable adhesive that is a medium to high tack for parts that require repositioning. 3M 9425 comes in rolls up to 48” wide and has an overall temperature range of -20° to 125°.
3M 9425HT (5 Mil Repositionable Adhesive) The 1000 Series Repositionable Acrylic 9425HT is a 5 mil repositionable adhesive that is a medium to high tack for parts that require permanent placement on one substrate and repositioning on the other surface. 3M 9425HT comes in rolls up to 48” wide and has an overall temperature range of -20° to 250°.
3M 665 (3.5 Mil Repositionable Adhesive) The 1000 Series Repositionable Acrylic is a 3.5 mil repositionable adhesive that is a linerless differential adhesive which combines properties from the 3M 400 Acrylic Adhesive family and the repositionable adhesive 1070. 3M 665 comes in rolls up to 46” wide with a temperature range of -60° to 125°.
